This spectacular semi-detached on the first line of the La Charca de Maspalomas Natural Oasis, with direct access and views to the sea, next to the stunning beach of dunes of Maspalomas natural park. Perfect for bringing the family and friends together, enjoy the spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include A/C, WiFi and Satellite TV.

The outdoor area of this property is truly special. You will have everything you need for the ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the large garden terrace, dining area, sun lounger, sofas and outdoor shower. Spend long summer days and evenings dining outside with home-cooked meals prepared on the BBQ. As the sun goes down, head up to the private rooftop terrace with unparalleled views over the sea and catch the beautiful sunset over Maspalomas.

The ideal location of this property means you are just a 1-minute walk to the famous beach of Playa de Maspalomas (100m).

The nearest cafes, restaurants and bars are a 1-4 minute walk from the holiday home (100-300 m).

The supermarket is a 10- minute walk (750 m).

Gran Canaria Aiport is a 28-minute drive away (35 km).

Great villa in perfect location on the beach.

Our family was visiting Grand Canaria and looking for a spot near the beach. This was within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed the rooftop and the garage to park our car rental. Time restaurant a few doors down was great.
