The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."

"It is a wonderful place to stay, quiet, clean, comfortable, and a extremely friendly staff! Special mention for Daffny, she is a very nice person l, 5 stars for her! Continental breakfast is healthy and delicious, jacuzzi in backyard is a plus too, hamacas everywhere, and a Temazcal in the main patio for purification rituals, magical! "The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case. All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay."
