"I have been sleeping in a recliner for 4 years due to knee replacement surgery as my bed is so uncomfortable and painful. I slept very well and peacefully in this bed. I am a short female and only 5' tall. The bed was a little high for me to get in;no fault of yours. I just went between the bed and nightstand, boosted up backwards and swung my legs up. The pillows were also nice and firm. My husband slept like a baby. Kirk checked us in ; a delightful fellow.. We came in contact with Asia ( spelling ?) on the night shift ( delightful as well) and purchased a pot pie. Very grateful to be able to have a wide variety of microwaveable food to choose from. Met Mark at breakfast . Another delightful employee. and he shared his secret with us to achieve his fluffy scrambled eggs. Variety of food on the breakfast menu was good; but I am a hashbrown/fried potato breakfast person. I did NOT go away hungry!! Loved the set up of our suite and the 2 tv s. I was able to watch my LA news at 4 am and let hubby sleep. We did see the pictures on the website but it doesn 't do it justice. Loved the furnished kitchen. Next time we will bring groceries. . Should we ever have business again in Redlands that requires an overnight stay, we have found our home away from home. You choose only top notch people of excellent character; to us they were not " just employees"."
