This property exceeded our expectations. The room, restaurant and pool were even better that the pictures we saw before booking. A picture can’t describe how beautiful is the view from every part the hotel. Service was excellent

Bom hotel.

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto é enorme. Equipe sempre solicita a atender. Só o café da manhã que tinha pouca variedade, destoava do restante do hotel.

Atendimento péssimo

Infelizmente eu sonhava em me hospedar, porém os funcionários da recepção logo no check in já deixaram muito a desejar. Pouco cordiais, sem explicar adequadamente sobre funcionamento. Dois dias após recebemos uma encomenda de vinhos, fomos proibidos de que o carro adentrasse para levar e não foi oferecida ajuda para levar ao quarto, 10 garrafas de vinhos. Meu marido subiu sozinho e a pé. Pior atendimento que já recebemos até hoje.

A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!

Me hospedar no Design Suites Bariloche foi uma das melhores escolhas da viagem! O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso — uma infraestrutura impecável, quartos com uma vista de tirar o fôlego de frente pro lago, e um ofurô que é um verdadeiro sonho (sério, dá vontade de morar ali!). Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do check-in e fomos super bem atendidos. Negociamos um valor para entrar antes e rapidamente liberaram nossa acomodação. Já começamos o dia com um café da manhã delicioso e com aquela vista linda logo de cara. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, educados e sempre receptivos. Eu e meu marido ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo: o atendimento, o conforto, o clima aconchegante… foi uma experiência completa. Hotel com uma vista bem perfeitaaaaa pro lago, muito confortável, cama travesseiros tudo ótimo, Até a tomada é adaptada pra tomadas Brasileiras , aquecedor no piso do banheiro, Uma banheira ótima, café da manhã muito bom, só tivemos problema dois dias qje veio cabelo na nossa comida, mais específico na janta do meu esposo, Falta de cuidado da cozinha, mas tirando isso , o hotel é muito perfeito , tirei fotos até no jardim do hotel de tão lindo que ele é . O chuveiro é OTIMOOOO tinha gel de banho e sais pra banheira tb muito gostoso mesmo me Hospedar lá
