The view is stunning, old rooms needing major upgrades, very old fashioned, the bathroom is like an old apartment in NYC, uncomfortable bed, no convenient charging, it basically needs an overhaul. Decent breakfast, but the dinner restaurants are awful and pricey, don’t waste your money.

Amazing place, amazing location. Excellent service. We attended the llao llao tea, the room is perfect with breathing view. Our only observation is that there are too many sweets in the buffet and ver few salty options.

This property is absolutely beautiful and it’s location is magnificent! The rooms though need renovation, they are a outdated. The breakfast was excellent. The menu on both of the restaurants are some what limited but good. We did not use the spa, so no comments about that. Overall the place is very good and worth the trip!

El emplazamiento del hotel es simplemente maravilloso. Y a lo que otorgó la naturaleza, el hombre supo acompañarlo con edificaciones muy logradas para disfrute de quien tenga la suerte de disfrutar de las instalaciones.

La primera noche me dieron un cuarto {suite} q no le servia el inodoro {WC} y solicite cambio pq no necesitaba vistas sino comodidad {ducha sobretodo} y me dijeron que era dificil bajarme de categoria....eso me parecio que no tenia sentido. Creo que lo mas importante era que yo estuviera a gusto. Otra situacion desagradable fue con personal del desayuno.

This is a 5 star vintage hotel resort. If you expect a modern 5 star hostel, this is not for you. Amazing views, services, staff etc. I recommend it.

Hotel dos Sonhos porém necessita alguns ajustes.

Localização e decoração maravilhosa. Restaurantes, refeições muito boas atendimento deixa a desejar poucos funcionarios não conseguem dar atenção adequada a todos. Custo deveriam deixar claro no momento da reserva a taxa de 18 dolares por dia por pessoa referente a taxa de utilização do resort.

Hotel lendário!!!

Hotel muito lindo, lendário, único! Paisagem maravilhosa. Ficamos na ala reformada que já possuem ar condicionado. Quartos pequenos e sem nenhum atrativo (cafeteira, variedades no frigobar,…). Os quartos do primeiro andar não são acessíveis pelo elevador. Somente escada. Os funcionários da recepção e concierge muito atenciosos e solicitos. Os funcionários do bar muito confusos e demorados. No restaurante principal, poucos funcionários na hora do jantar, o que faz com que o serviço seja mais lento e demorado. Café da manhã muito bom, variado. Serviço de room service ok. Piscina aquecida muito boa. Como è na beira do lago, tem um diferencial de alugarmos barcos para passeios. Muito bom o serviço. Falta uma loja de conveniência. Eu achei o hotel ótimo mas não condiz com o preço. Exorbitantemente caro pelo que oferecem.

Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer.
