“My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight……

“This apartment is much more welcoming in person than in the lead photo. It is spacious, very clean, and well-stocked. We appreciated soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great, and it was very convenient to be able to leave our car in the garage. The cleaning woman helped us with closing up the garage when we were ready to leave. She was wonderful and a superb job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with this rental. We would stay here again.”

“Great apartment with everything you need a short walk away. Felt safe to walk around .There was a keysafe which meant we didn't have to carry keys. The apartment had everything for a beach holiday ,chairs games ect and there was a lovely well kept pool. An issue we had was dealt with promptly by the building manager,without fuss which was reassuring. A nice balcony to have breakfast on and dry clothes.Great communication from owner.”

“El propietario del piso José Antonio, que se hizo pasar por Inmobiliaria, no existiendo ninguna ya que es alquiler directo de propietario, nos dejó entrar la tarde antes, cosa que agradecimos, pero al comprobar lo sucia que estaba la vivienda, esa tarde y los dos días siguientes, nos dedicamos a limpiar y acondicionar: almohadas sucias con toda la gama de amarillos de sudores de inquilinos anteriores (hay foto), el suelo con restos de arena y pelos, colillas de cigarro en la papelera y olor a……
