Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

The Beach Cottage provides all you'll need to enjoy everything that this charming town offers.

Close enough to easily walk to the beach and to downtown San Clemente. Visiting son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton and this worked out perfectly. Owner even provided beach towels and toys! Will stay again for sure!!!!

Such a perfect location, the cutest little beach house with a great front porch to relax at. So close to the beach, neighborhood is nice and quiet and cute. Nice neighbors. We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2025 while visiting from the Bay Area for my daughter's baby shower weekend. The space was a perfect size for my mom, my significant other, and me. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the front patio, strolling to downtown for shopping and dining, and walking to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a repeat visit to San Clemente, but the best property we’ve enjoyed. The “cottage” was adorable and the amenities beyond expectations. The bed and bath linens were terrific and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Kuerig, with supplied pods, was a treat as were the laundry facilities, again with necessities furnished.Jennifer, the manager was amazing. She was so willing to help and a joy to meet and talk to.We will definitely be back.

The house is cozy, clean, well-equipped and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Owner lives in the house behind it and it very accessible. For us unlucky ones that have to work while there, a little desk would be appreciated, as would be instructions so that we don't have to bother landlord so much. E.g., where exactly to park and that the washer/dryer are in the owner's building.

The cottage was clean and well maintained. We loved how close it was to the beach - about a 10 minute walk, noting that it was down (and then up) a pretty sizable hill but that was no problem for us. There also was plenty of paid parking at the beach if you wanted to drive.

We were in San Clemente for a weekend of wedding activities and just needed a home base between events. The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner and took care of our questions.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Del Mar shopping and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The house is very charming, clean and comfortable. The front yard is fully fenced, allowing our dogs to accompany us. The front yard also has a picnic table and bbq. We appreciated the ceiling fans in every room. Our hosts were lovely as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Husband and I needed to get away from the heat in Palm Desert and wanted to stay close to the ocean for the ocean breezes. This cottage was perfect! Very comfortable, nice small front yard/patio for coffee under the umbrella around the table or walking down to the ocean or over to the historic downtown. NOTE: It is hilly so wear your walking shoes! :) No air conditioning but lots of fans (including ceiling fans) so no problem for us. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. Jean & Jen have thought of everything you need to enjoy the beaches of San Clemente. The location is a perfect walk to the cute downtown for dinner or shopping. You can also walk to the beach - thou the hills on the return trip were a challenge to this midwesterner. The home is very comfortable with ample relaxing outdoor area to enjoy!

Legitimately the best vacation rental experience we've ever had, and one of the few places we would absolutely stay again. The house was perfect and the location couldn't be better -- everything in town is walking distance from here, most importantly the lovely beaches. Jennifer was so chill and a great manager. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation! The kids were sad to leave!
