"The hotal is well located, 15 min walk to Piazza Maggiore. The staff speak multiple languages to help. Super clean rooms and hotel. Well decirated and represents a 'royal' atmosphere."

"Description online on the breakfast wasn't the most clear, it said it was "available", but when we went downstairs they said it was only if we paid extra. The front desk staff were helpful though 🙂"

"Quiet location 15 min walk from the central train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had an issue with one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly and an alternative room offered. Good breakfast and also had a nice meal here. Underground garage was an advantage with ability to book our space for a small fee."
