Wonderful vacation spot

This house is in a great location. It’s very clean and relaxing and the hosts are extremely helpful. This was our second time staying there and I’m so glad we did. What a great experience.

Old Town San Diego

It is just like the photos, nice size and conveniently located. The host (who lives close by) was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed Miguel's restaurant and eating breakfast at the place across from us on the corner.

Great place & location

Joan’s place is great! super close to the airport, and easy to uber/drive/metro anywhere else. Also a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of space, towels, linens and comfy beds. Great communication for any questions and easy check in. Would recommend 10/10!

Great host and great location

Very spacious with a full kitchen. Right in Old Town so many restaurants within walking distance. The host was very friendly and responsive when needed. Loved this place. We loved our visit to Cabrillo National Monument from here.

Joan is always so kind and accommodating. Great location, comfortable and clean accommodations. Seriously one of my favorite places to stay. My dogs also feel like they are on a vacation too. They love it!

Rainy days in San Diego

We had a great 3 days in San Diego even in the rain. The house was very nice and clean. We have a small dog and he was very comfortable. I would recommend this property, close to a business area with stores and restaurants and to several freeways.

Super cute home away from home

Perfect for our basketball tournament weekend away with our dog. Enclosed yard and having parking is key. We waked up and did the Whaley house evening tour and wandered around old town. A lovely weekend, thanks!

Such a cozy yet central cottage

This cottage was just wonderful! Everything from cleanliness to decor to location and host were superb. We truly loved our stay and want to make a tradition of going each year. We appreciate that our pets were welcomed without insane fees. We highly recommend this cottage. It’s even so much better in person. Really exceeded our expectations.thank you so much for hosting us!

Joan is a great host and her home is a wonderful place to a stay. Great Old Town location yet quite and safe Nice fenced yard for our pup to pee. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We will definitely stay here again. here on next trip to San Diego

Great Place, Great People

This place was perfect for my family and 2 year old australian shepherd. The manager and owner are both awesome and answered any questions we had. We loved being able to walk to one of the restaurants in old town and taking the food back to enjoy in our cottage. Our dog was so happy to have his very own fenced backyard. We also got to walk to church to attend a beautiful Sunday mass. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location in the heart of Old Town with easy access to freeway and other parts of San Diego. Perfect little yard for the dogs. We would stay here again.
