Beautiful Condo in Dreamy San Diego

We booked this stunning unit to celebrate the holidays with my parents. The beachfront location was gorgeous and convenient, while the layout and amenities had us feeling right at home. We were comfortable, safe and fully enjoyed our stay. Hope to return in the future.

Hope nothing breaks

Our family came to stay for a Marine Corps promotion. All was going well, the property was nice and looked like the photos, it was clean. But there was no hot water our entire stay…at a beach…where we were sweaty and Sandy and relaxing and wanted showers at the end of the day. We let the property owners know on Saturday. They said they couldn’t fix it but would fix it on Monday (we were leaving Tuesday). They did let us use the shower of the unit Nextdoor which was still annoying and inconvenient because it meant needing to drag our staff back and forth to another unit every time we had to shower. And the shower didn’t even get fixed on Monday or even communicated about. So…place is good…if you hope nothings broken or not working during your visit.

The cherry on top

You'd be hard pressed to beat the location and the view from this unit. With all the amenities you need, all the beach gear you'd want, this place was perfect for our family. The SurfSyle team was also very helpful with any questions we had and checked in with us during and after our stay. Would definitely book this place with them again.

Great home, perfect location

This was our 2nd annual trip to the area with our teenage daughter and three of her friends. This property is perfect for six people -- especially with three bathrooms and good hangout space for the kids. This home is very well maintained with all the amenities you need for a great beach front vacation. Literally steps to the beach, great coffee, a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Vacation

You'll love this place if you like a modern space where you can cook, eat, and go to bed...to Ocean Views! The dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom are all ocean front with huge windows. The only thing we wish was for a larger balcony, but it was nice having one which still fit 4 chairs and we knew that when we rented the place. The SurfStyle host made our stay enjoyable with all of their recommendations. Thanks again :)

Great place!

We had a wonderful time! We rented the middle unit and it was perfect. Just as described. It was clean and had a ton of amenities (boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, tent, beach toys, baby play pen, etc.) Also had a carport to park our car in the alleyway behind the unit. The location was amazing! Right between Mission beach and Pacific Beach so it wasn’t too busy but an easy walk of bike ride to either side. Coffee shops, restaurants, bike rentals very close by. Would highly recommend this location for your next beach getaway.

San Diego Sunsets

Location is fabulous. The property layout was well suited for our purposes. We enjoyed the proximity, both walking and driving, to activities in which we were interested. We did have some problems with ants on the counter by the baby bottles the first day and the downstairs bath has a few issues. These will be shared with management and assume they will be dealt with. Overall, a great getaway.

Exactly as advertised!

This listing is completely accurate...we had a great time! It was an end of summer getaway with our kids and in-laws. Perfectly located, clean, well maintained etc. Property management was very respsonsive and communicative pre-check in, they even proactively checked in to ensure we had what was needed. Great location, able to walk to Belmont but also far enough away from the noise. Would hands down be a repeat customer for this booking. Thank you!

Great location

Overall this property and location were perfect for what we needed. The layout of the home is perfect and you can’t beat the location. The only issue we had were bugs. Upon checking both bedrooms were loaded with some type of flying insect and there were ants on the kitchen counter throughout the visit. The home definitely needs to be checked and treated for bugs moving forward.

Impressive!

Really impressed in how easy the entire process was. This unit was easy to park, clear instructions were given to us a few days before we arrived, it was very clean, you could tell the high quality of mattress in the master br, there were 2 smart tv's - we're Netflix junkies :), location is unbeatable. We reported 1 small issue to the manager when we vacated, they immediately replied that they'll fix it. 5 Star stay

Fun had by all

My husband, children, and grandchild all had such a wonderful stay at the Surf Style 2 townhome. With our grandchild it was nice to watch him play on the sand and water from the house. We weren't a big fan of the stairs, but the views were spectacular. We had a problem with the living room tv but the gal in the office was kind enough to walk us through it. We already reserved again for the holidays, they gave us a repeat discount.

Beach Bliss!!

Everything was AMAZING!! The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect! Thank goodness it came with a parking spot! Our truck was too long, but I should have realized that ahead of time as I was provided with dimensions but didn’t pay attention! Luckily we were able to switch cars with my daughter so it worked out! Parking is almost impossible in this area without an assigned spot so that was super convenient! Definitely felt spoiled staying here! Can’t wait to come back!

Magnificence on Mission Beach!

This is such a great property! We have stayed here on two separate occasions and both times enjoyed every minute! I especially love that this property has three complete bathrooms! It makes it so nice for everyone to get ready, and if you have visitors, they have a bathroom to use without getting in your personal space! This management company is very easy to work with and provided us with a solution when COVID caused a complication with our original length of stay. I can't say enough good things about this property. Unfortunately, however, I have now spoiled myself and can't imagine spending time in San Diego anywhere but here! Thanks for such an amazing place to enjoy my vacation!

Amazing location

This place was damn near perfect! The best location with multiple restaurants within walking distance, literally directly on the boardwalk, AND private parking. We had a blast here, and we got lucky and had some great neighbors in the 2 other units on the sides. The only downside was there were quite a few bugs in the bedding in the master. Not bedbugs, but I’m not sure what they were. They looked like very small ants. I found this odd, as we hadn’t noticed bugs anywhere else in the house. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be booking our next trip here!
