Stayed for a week with my teenaged daughter on her Spring Break. Excellent Location and property. Very clean, easy parking and steps from both the Bay and the Pacific. Lots of food options nearby as well.

Great place, great host
Great place with easy walking access to Mission Beach (and parking!) Host is super responsive and knows what amenities to offer to make his place the best for guests. There is a Keurig with coffee, cream and sugar, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler and plenty of regular towels. There are also some spices if you want to cook. And no task list on departure! A great place to stay to enjoy the Mission Beach area with easy access to other parts of San Diego.

To be so close to both the beach and bay made this VRBO perfect!! A designated parking spot and nice front porch an added bonus. Nearly impossible to find parking in the area.

Amazing location
Perfectly nestled between the beach and bay, we loved being walking distance to everything. All the accommodations were thoughtful, no a/c but plenty of fans. So glad to have spent time at this rental, would recommend!

Great Spot
This home has a great location. Right between the bay and the ocean with restaurants, cafes, equipment rentals and a small market all within a super short walk. The home itself is cute comfortable and quiet at night. The property manager, Alan, was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay there again.
