I contacted the owner about the stove not working the morning after we arrived.I had to wait for back and forth messages all day from him telling me to go buy a lighter (I did, still wouldn’t work), then he would say try this or that, then ask me to take a video. By that time it was later in the evening. Finally he said he would send a repair person, but he couldn’t be there until the following night at 7:00 pm. I was leaving the next morning at 10:00 so it wouldn’t help me. It would have nice to send a repair person when I first contacted him. I bought groceries to cook the first night and ended up having to eat out the whole time, which is expensive and not in the diet I follow for my health. He just said sorry for the inconvenience. And you can’t text his number, you have to message through the app, which meant all day as I was out trying to enjoy my trip, I had to log into the app, get a code, and wait to get an email back, them go back to the place, try the lighter or whatever he said, log back in, send him a message, wait for an email. It was not the way I wanted to spend my time.
