Hotel-Style Independent Suite in Ocean Beach
Admire the boutique style of this private suite in a custom-designed Ocean Beach home. Come and go with ease through the front garden. Check yourself into your private and secure space, using the Smart Lock. Highlights include the walk-in closet, ample street parking, and close proximity to the beach or shopping.
We’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, white linens & comfort bleached). The suite has Separate A/C Heat, new hepa air filter is changed between each stay.
Our home is located in Ocean Beach - a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood, with a classic SoCal beach vibe. Surfers and sunbathers fill the beach, while Ocean Beach Pier is a popular local fishing spot with sweeping views. Nearby, Newport Avenue is lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, restaurants and brewpubs. The Ocean Beach Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoons features countless vendors of fresh produce, tasty ready to eat meals, unique homemade arts and crafts, and live music.
Please note that San Diego does have a very convenient airport. You will hear some airplane noise during the day. The airport does shut down between 11pm and 6:30am however for quiet sleeping.
Non smokers ONLY. No smoking cigarettes in or around the property.

This property and owner were both incredible. Loved everything about it, short ride any where we needed, Ocean Beach was a 15 minute walk. Next time I’m in San Diego I will check to see if this property is available. The owner was receptive, super nice and had answers for anything that we needed

A pleasure to stay!
This location and space was so ideal for me and my best friend to have a quick weekend getaway. The host was quick to respond prior and during our stay. The space was serene, clean, comfortable and accommodated us completely. They even had beach chairs for us to take to the beach! The water jug, mini fridge, Keurig and microwave were welcomed additional amenities! The only drawback (which is not the owner’s fault) is that parking can be limited sometimes because it’s street parking. But the location is near so many shops, restaurants, a food co-op, liquor store, and is so so close to Ocean Beach. Will definitely be visiting this space again.
