A Beautiful two story, 3 Bed 2 Bath townhouse Ocean View, nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Located at 878 Tourmaline St. Tourmaline Beach, restaurants, and grocery store are less than 2 blocks away (5 min walk).

A Beautiful two story, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath townhouse, nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Located at 878 Tourmaline St., Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park are less than 2 blocks away (5 min walk). We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it! You will Love this Home. It is very well done with an open layout, nice new kitchen, tile throughout, a beautiful slate mosaic courtyard in the front and a redwood deck off the back. We have a private parking space, picnic area with BBQ and have wonderful landscaping throughout.
 
This Home is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a 3 plasma televisions, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, dining table, full size sleeper mattress, 2 chest of drawers, a king bed, a queen bed, a full/twin combo bunk bed, a floor mattress for an extra bed (fresh linens included), and beach essentials! You will find everything you need to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, fresh towels, boogie boards, and a Soft Surfboard. A Beautiful font and back deck perfect for morning coffee or tea or an afternoon.
Within 5-20 minutes (2-8 miles) is SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Gas Lamp District, Embarcadero with it's ship museums like the Midway and the Star of India, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park & it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center & Petco Park, beautiful Balboa Park with lots of museums,
30 min to LegoLand, 40 min to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, & another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park,
Even Disneyland & Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip, Mexico is only 25 minutes away, Local activities include Swimming, Concerts, & Indian Gaming Casinos.
The entire place is yours to use! Guests have access to multiple Washers and Dryers, Soft Surfboard, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Cooler with wheels, BBQ, and one Private Parking Spot on the alley side of the building.

I love the great family and beach feel of the neighborhood, the walkability to great restaurants, bars, shopping and most importantly the beach. I always enjoy going to Leilani's Hawaiian food, Fig Tree Cafe, The Fishery, Oscars's, and Albertsons just one-two blocks away. I find that I do very little driving when I'm staying in the neighborhood and really enjoy walking the neighborhood. North PB is a perfect blend between La Jolla and Pacific Beach and we are truly blessed to call such a wonderful place home.
Yes we have a bus stop on the corner!

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
2. A group larger than the number of guests disclosed at the time of reservation may not stay overnight in the property. The property has a limit of 10 persons (8 staying plus 2 guests visiting) on the property at any time, including the guests renting the home. No get-togethers/functions/parties allowed without expressed written consent from management.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The OWNERS are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. NO PARTIES. Outside Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use furniture/appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Pets must stay off the furniture. An extra charged will be assessed for any feces left behind in the yard (if applicable), or any damage done in the unit.
8. Provided parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas as outlined in the welcome letter. Any additional cars will need to be parked on the street. Please pay attention to posted signs. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Only beach towels are permitted to be taken to the beach. Please keep all white towels in the unit.
10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances, furniture, and electronics for their intended uses. Do not move/rearrange furniture/decorations in the unit or decorate with any tape, glue or adhesive of any kind. Appliances and Electronics are not guaranteed; Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. Refunds made if due to act of god (e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation, etc.)
11. Beach Equipment: Recreational beach toys/equipment is provider by OWNER. GUEST assumes all responsibility of provided equipment. Please clean all sand and debris off beach equipment after use.
12. Abusive/Offensive language will not be tolerated. OWNER can dismiss GUEST at any time due to Abusive/Offensive language towards guests, neighbors, agents of the owner, as well as the owner.
13. Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use. OWNER assumes no responsibility for any damage/loss to personal belonging.
14. Please adhere to check in and check out times. Late check out or early check in is never guaranteed. Please check with management first.
