Modern Hot Tub Oasis w/ Game Room

This unique home has a style of its own combining functionality with beauty. Ideal location with lots of amenities! Perfect mixture of play and relaxation! This cozy minimalist home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a dream game room! Sink into the hot tub in the backyard then come inside to play some games & stream Netflix on one of our multiple smart TVs. Only a 15 min drive to La Jolla, 25 min from Downtown San Diego and Mission beach!

Fits 8 comfortably and we allow up to 10 at an additional cost upon booking.

EARLY CHECK IN?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. You may message us on the day of your arrival, and if early check in becomes available, we can grant requests at the rate of $25/hr.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. A fee of $100 per hour will be charged if you do not vacate the premises by check out time. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Access: Keyless Entry.
The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4-digit code to access the home.

Game Room: Equipped with 55-in TV, portable speaker, full size slate pool table, basket hoops game, Terminator arcade video game, and 10-in-1 Combo Game Table including ping pong, hockey, foosball, mini pool, shuffleboard, chess, checkers, bowling, and backgammon.

Jet Hot tub: Bring your swimsuits for our relaxing hot tub, preheated and awaiting your arrival!

Additional Outdoor fun: natural gas BBQ, fire-pit seating, covered lounge area, jumbo connect-4 & Jenga yard games.

TVs: There are 2 55” Smart TVs for your use in the living room and game room as well as a 40" in the master suite! You may log in to any of your personal streaming apps.

Mattresses/Pillows: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. All sleeping positions equipped with multiple pillows for ideal comfort.

Towels: Everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once, we provide guests with 2 bath towels each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towels to help us conserve the Earth's vital resources. Hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, and dish rags are also included.

Water Filtration: To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with a Brita water filter.

Toiletries: Includes Eco-Friendly body wash and shampoo.

Hairdryers: 2 professional-grade hairdryers are provided for your use

Kitchen Items: Oven, Electric Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Laundering: Guests will have access to a washing machine and dryer for your use with laundry pods provided.

Sleeping Arrangements: Bedrooms accommodate 8 guests comfortably for sleeping but we provide an additional cot bed in the ‘queen bedroom 2’ closet as well as the brown sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate up to 10 guests.

HOUSE RULES & FAQs...
-We politely ask that you treat our home and community with the same respect you do in your own home.
-Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while on the property. +A fee of $1000 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
-No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES.
-Lock the door each time you leave home by pressing and holding the Schlage icon and please turn off all lights.
-Do NOT move pool table positioning as it is professionally set and leveled in place for optimal playing ability. If pool table is moved and/or damaged guest will be required to pay to have it re-leveled and/or repaired.
-Please shower before entering the hot tub, no children allowed under 4 years old in the hot tub.
-No pets. $250 fine per pet if detected.

*Please notify us prior if you’re bringing a Service Animal.*

**Disclaimer** If house rules are broken, your booking will be cancelled with no refund and you will be liable for any and all associated damages/repairs and fines.

Check Out Procedures:
-If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
-leave any used beds unmade
-Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find dishwasher pods under the sink.
-Please place all USED towels in the laundry room before departure.
-Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out in the trash bin.
-Please lock the sliding glass door and front door behind you (:

You will enjoy complete privacy in our home, but we will always be a text/call away to answer any questions. We have a contactless check in at the front door for easy entry.

Please let us know your preference regarding self-check-in versus guided check- in. Available through direct message anytime with any comments, questions, or concerns.

DISCLAIMER:
-This property is monitored by RING cameras at the front entrance, driveway, and at the backdoor for your safety and security purposes. (The Backyard Camera is for the safety of the guests and the property, but can be turned off during non-quiet hours upon request)
**Please note that cameras are only monitored within quiet hours and upon guest arrival. No camera footage is reviewed until guests have checked out to ensure 100% privacy!

-As this is a residential community, and trash services come on Tuesdays, please do not be alarmed by the neighbor who moves the trash bins to the street Monday evening and brings them back up Tuesday evening on our behalf. Thank you.
-Spa Maintenace will enter the backyard every Wednesday.
-Front and backyard lawn services come every other Wednesday.

GUEST ACCESS
-Parking: 4 vehicles max allowed
2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
2 vehicles can be parked directly in front of the home, DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORING HOMES.

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions.

STRICT QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM

PETS
-We do not accept pets at this time. An additional cleaning fine of $150 will be charged if an unauthorized animal is detected in the home. An exception to the rule is Service Animals. Please notify us prior if you will have your Service Animal accompanying you or one of the guests.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
-The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

DISCOUNTS?
- No. We do not offer any discounts.

CONTENT TRADE?
- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the guest and please DO NOT tape any decor to walls with wallpaper on them.
