**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**

**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and you will receive the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
** HOUSE RULES **
- No smoking indoors
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **
There is not a dedicated parking spot. Street parking is very closeby but on a first come basis in a busy neighborhood, and we cannot guarantee there is a spot near the home. This is an AMAZING walkable location and UBER/Lyfts are easy.
** CANCELLATION POLICY **
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
