Place was very clean upon arrival. Host was very responsive and respectful when communicating. Place was exactly as it looks in the photos. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again for future trips.

Easy access to Balboa Park, restaurants, downtown, buses, Lyft/Uber. Low flying planes near by, but not a noise issue. Upstairs neighbors can be a noise factor. Staff was friendly, business-like and helpful. I came for a conference and stayed for vacation a total of 8 nights. I would definitely stay there again.

Visited for comicon, which was a short walk down to the convention, the location was surrounded by homeless and filth. Not a safe area to walk around in the evening hours. Inside, the internal stairwell was filthy, definitely needs to be cleaned. The walls are thin and could hear every footstep of your neighbor above or doors closing outside. The furniture (couch and foot stool) were stained and overly worn. The furniture appears to have come from an old hotel that abused the heck out of them before discarding in the garbage where these were repurposed. I wouldn’t stay here again, due to cleanliness, location and safety.

Pros: awesome bed, super clean, easy walk to a lot of restaurants and Balboa Park. Cons: was given earplugs we thought were for airplanes. Nope. Walls are PAPER thin. Conversations below us kept us up until they fell asleep between 2am-6am and the stompers above us didn't stop till 11. This is not comfortable. It's cheap, just know what you are getting into.

The location was convenient. Property was clean. Overall pleasant stay. It’s close to the airport but it was quiet and no issues while sleeping. Only downside was that there is no elevator.

It was nice and enjoyable. Close to entertainment and good restaurants. The apt was clean and surprisingly quiet being close to the airport but you definitely need a car restaurants and entertainment are not in walking distance, but everywhere was still so close we loved it. Great Deal!

The location made this stay seamless. It was a short ride to all the main bars and restaurants. Parking in the garage is an extra fee of 20$ so I suggest counting that into your budget because parking on the street is not in an ideal location.
