"We had a great time in Nesso. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and clean with large bedrooms and principal rooms. It is also easy to find and convenient to bus stops. Parking is easy if you have a car although we don't think you need a car to enjoy this place. "We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. One thing to note, the walk to the castle and to Varenna is very steep , limited taxi service and bus service. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great.
