After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel.
Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map.
Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min,
The view in the room is also nice.
The breakfast is good and the staff is nice.
The room is comfortable and large.
