Hotel Burbank
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful area, was a great location for Hollywood and universal. The hotel was well equipped with amenities, the staff was friendly and competent and the grounds and rooms were well kept and clean. Enjoyed staying here very much "

Home2 Suites By Hilton Woodland Hills
6/10 Okay
"Everything was ok except the mattress. It was not good at all. Very disappointing. The breakfast food wasn’t that great, either. Also surprised that we paid $31 a night to park. Understand when this happens in downtown LA but not Woodland Hills.
The one staff that was very nice was Marge. About 15 min before we left the fire alarm went off I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. The alarm continued to go off. I called the front desk and talked to Marge. It was their yearly fire alarm drill. I told her I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. She said she would bring one up to us and that it was ok to use the elevator even tho the doors were closed (happens automatically). She arrived quickly and we escaped - the alarm continued.
Just a note that the person at the desk at night barely looked at us when we arrived around 6pm the night before. Wouldn’t you think they would at least smile? I’m surprised the Hilton brand would put their name on this property. Oh well, we won’t be back!"

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport

"It was great I’ll go again if I’m in the area "

The Tangerine - A Burbank Hotel
6/10 Okay
"We booked this hotel just to sleep after Universal Studios Horror Nights since the event ends at 2am and we didn’t want to drive far. It’s about a 12-minute drive from the park, which was perfect for us.
The hotel is small but practical. The front desk was clean, and the man there was very kind and helped us quickly. One thing I really appreciated is that they don’t have a strict check-in cutoff, which worked great since we arrived around 3am.
The room is small but functional it had a mini fridge, TV, and a bathtub with hot water. The lighting wasn’t the best (a bit dim/yellow), but overall it worked for what we needed.
Parking is free, which is great, but it’s limited (only about 6 spots). When we arrived, it was full, so we had to park on the street. The front desk let us know that was okay, just that we needed to move the car before 8am. I set an alarm, moved it early, and was able to get a spot by then.
We did oversleep a few minutes past checkout, but I really appreciated that the front desk called the room to remind us instead of just charging extra 😭 that was super thoughtful.
Overall, I liked the customer service, and for the price, it’s a good, convenient option!"

The Garland
8/10 Good
"One of the light switches was totally, nasty, dirty. I tried cleaning it with hand sanitizer, but could not remove all the mess.

Hilton Woodland Hills / Los Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"I didn't go to the gym."

Best Western Plus Carriage Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room and staff very helpful. I would go back."

Safari Inn Burbank/Universal, a Coast Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The motel was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly enough. In the end, it is just a motel but was nicely kept and very clean. Be aware that the parking is very tight for larger vehicles."

Valley Inn
4/10 Poor
"Front desk not friendly at all. Hotel needs major structural remodeling as they semi remodeled rooms but not doors. All the breeze and small animals come in from both sides of the doors. There was a caterpillar in my room. The beds are hard and the room needs new paint and All doors have to be replaced. I don’t think I will stay here ever. It is economical but you pay the price with all the discomforts. "
