“This hotel is located in a great location and very convenient to everything downtown. There are some room facing the pedestrian street so the noise is not bad. The room is spacious and linens were satisfactory. We did not like the entrance where you have to take 2 separate elevators in order to get to the room and the breakfast looks nice but is very minimal. I wish they had a fresh waffle or pancake maker. I probably would not stay at this hotel in the future.”

“The hotel was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, it is an old building but well maintained, the food at the bar was good but a bit pricey, the drinks were quite expensive also, free breakfast was included and was pretty good, there was free secured underground parking but not recommended for large vehicles. This hotel/casino is a adults only spot that is guest friendly, I would definitely book this hotel again.”

“The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.”

“The staff was personable and made sure that the room was clean and the linens were fresh. The staff and owner were very helpful with giving suggestion and directions to places to eat and what museums and other places of interests to visit.”
