"I dont know about pets, i never used the pool. The staff was okk. However, there was no fridge in the room or closet. The food a little high in price for the place and too loud. The manager has no control over the guest."

The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash.
