I liked the quiet and the friendly service and staff! I disliked the lack of comfortable seating at smoking areas or any seating areas out doors. The lack of dining and drinking availability and choices was uncomfortable.

I had an overnight layover in SFO and chose the Aloft hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. I was impressed by the upgraded and updated room.

Had dealings with happy people that weren't afraid to talk to you. I arrived very late, was picked up quickly and check in was easy. Breakfast was quick and easy and most of all tasty. Brief stay but impressed with property

Aloft is located at the end of the airport (there is some noise to deal with) but location is convienent. There is a park/trail across the street to take a walk & watch planes landing at SFO. If you don't have a car, dining options are limited. Aloft offers tons of snacks but no restaurant. We walked next door to the Westin to sit & have a meal. The room was spacious & clean. The shuttle service was great - on time & quick.

Clean hotel and loved the free shuttle to and from airport. Housekeeping lady was super nice (forgot to ask name) but some random lady, I believe she was an employee since she had a badge, came to take pictures of pool when my young kids were swimming there….that was really really odd, and we felt very uncomfortable so we left shortly after. Other than that incident, it was good.

As a repeat customer, I am aware of overnight parking fee, but I found out the overnight parking fee of $48 was outrageous. It was my mistake for overlooking the details and didn't see the parking fee at booking. $48/night is quite unusual so it should have been more visible, not sneaky. Other hotels in the area, not far from it, charge $10-$20/night. It was quite a rip-off. Never again Aloft.
