very DISAPPOINTED, as it happened again and again. I booked and paid for the VIP Access Deluxe Room through Expedia, but again, upon arriving at the hotel, the reception staff told me they had no records of my booking of the Deluxe room, which include VIP Access for $11 credit/per day/per stay(credit to receive water/snacks at the hotel), so I was denied all the above privileges AGAIN!
Expedia really dropped the ball and failed again to manage the situation despite my talking to Expedia online for 3 hours prior to the trip; because it happened on my previous 2 trips in this same hotel; also booked through Expedia. It seemed Expedia does not care that customers like me paid for the VIP Access Deluxe room and did not receive the promised package. Shame on you EXPEDIA!
