I didn't like when I was asked for parking fee of $50. There is a confusion on Expedia booking when it says parking and breakfast is available. Be clear if it is included or not instead of confusing the customer.

This property was conveniently located for my visit. Overall hotel was quiet, however the building across the street began installing scaffolding at 5am. Not the hotel’s fault, but disruptive. I would prefer not to be buzzed in for the parking lot, but I’m sure this is for security reasons.

Nice place to stay

We love it here, Our favorite place to stay in Tenderloin area. Great safety measure and nice rooms. Friendly staff and close to a music venue we go to frequently. See ya all in December.
