It was located on the Bayfront. The staff was super friendly and although they had a blackout the handled themselves very well.

The hotel is fine. The only thing is the breakfast buffet is seriously over priced for what is offered. It's very average for the price, something I would expected at a much lower priced hotel. Considering the room cost, and the buffet cost, I think they need a serious breakfast upgrade.

I stayed many times in this hotel but will never get back after this last time. half an hour after checking in there was an electricity outage that was not fixed, when it got dark and no one gave answers, I decided to leave. Front desk checked me out. I asked for help to find other hotel and been declined, I asked if they intend to compensate and been declined. They promised to inform Expedia but they did not. I had to pack in the dark with my phone light and look myself for other hotel. I found one which was more expensive. Next day I got an email that I was mistakenly billed for extras (two cars - I was by myself for two days). Bad things happens and this is when service quality is measured. This was a miserable failure of taking responsibility, in minimizing customer damage and in after event correction.
