The location is excellent—close to Fisherman’s Wharf, the waterfront, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. Every interaction made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the comfortable rooms and the attention to detail throughout the property. I would gladly stay at Hotel Zoe again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco who is looking for a convenient location, excellent service, and a pleasant overall experience."

"My stay at the Chandler hotel was wonderful ! From check-in to check out, everybody was very nice! Our room was very clean and all the amenities were available inside the room ! Also, it had nice tile floor no carpet. I was very impressed. Even the windows opened and a ceiling fan. !! Thank you and I will return !"

"The stay at the Handlery was nice. I hadn't stayed there before so it was ok. Check in was quick, as well as check out. Parking was $77 a night, but it is the city. The location of the hotel was walking distance to a lot of places to eat late at night, as well as it being walking distance to the Orpheum Theatre."
