“My friends kept thinking we were just sending them pictures of postcards and not actual photos of Gian's Villa! The beauty and architecture was only outdone by the peaceful and picturesque beauty of living atop an Umbrian Villa for the week. There was plenty of room for all six of us and even used another spare bedroom as a temporary office. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked and afforded us some wonderful space and amenities to have our daughter and daughter-in-law hone their Italian……

“This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa……

“This was our second visit to the Yellow House. It is a lovely house with a fabulous pool and set in stunning Italian countryside. One is surrounded by nature here so it is very peaceful. We saw wild boars in the early mornings and at dusk - playing in the fields below the house. ”

“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The views were stunning. The house was exactly what we needed. Nearby……

“We loved everything about our stay. Todi is a picture perfect hill town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property was a short (but steep) walk to the main piazza where we had great meals and the best gelato just a short stroll down the main shopping road. We were so excited to stay in an 800 year old house. It is a special place and the back patio with its unbelievable view was peaceful and relaxing. We loved returning from our adventures every day to our little slice of heaven. What……
