"They were flexible about us arriving later than stated. Set in a lovely olive grove. Apartment was cool, mosquito nets, Aircon in 1 room. Kitchen small, 1 person only, and needs more equipment, or at least kitchen knives. Loved the barbeque and outside shower. The host asked for cash for sheets / linen and aircon use upfront , even tho it was not listed in the details on VRBO, but when we pointed that out they quickly repaid so no problem. "Very good hotel, spacious room and modern bathroom. I arrived after 11 pm, and there was no problem checking in. If you like continental bufet breakfast with choices and good coffee, this hotel is NOT for you. Location is very good, but it is a bit demanding uphill walk to Padre Pio. "
