BE AWARE THAT THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK.  It was being repaired when we left but looks like it was broken for quite awhile.  We stayed on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans). The receptionist helped us carry our bags upstairs. Also note that this city was built on a mountain so there will be lots of hills to climb to get around. Parking is not connected to the hotel and you must climb a steep hill to walk back from the parking lot to the Hotel.  Parking is free though. :) After expecting these few factors, this hotel is lovely.   It is newly renovated and approximately a 5 minute walk to see St Padre Pio. The room has its own air conditioning unit (thats controlled by you), windows have blackout shades and comes with toiletries.  The food both in the restaurant and the included breakfast was excellent.  Please note that the owners of the hotel do not speak much English so you must use a Google translator to communicate. Please be patient with them. They are kind and willing to help.

We hope to return.
We have stayed here 5 times and hope it is available next time too. Hotel is very clean, does great lunches and the family are lovely. Its great to see familiar faces. We don't speak much Italian however no problem understanding each other. It is within walking distance of the bus stop, souvenir shops and churches.

Camera pulita ma con attaccata la stanza del personale con una porta molto rumorosa ogni volta che veniva aperta.Colazione al tavolo con ridottissime porzioni di dolci e un solo bicchiere di succo ogni mattina.Una sera vi ho cenato usufruendo del menu turistico 18 euro e ho mangiato tipo mensa.Per un albergo 3 stelle e' un po poco

Gentile Cliente, siamo spiacenti che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente. Ci teniamo però a precisare che a colazione i camerieri sono lì a vostra disposizione per esaudire le vostre richieste. Come lei ben sa i buffet sono vietati, ed il tavolo non potrebbe contenere tutto il disponibile. Ma , a richiesta del cliente, la colazione può essere integrata ulteriormente con altri prodotti. La porta rumorosa: le facciamo notare che rimane inutilizzata dalle 14:00 alle 08:30. Presumiamo che il silenzio è la quiete sia preservata. Per quanto riguarda il Ristorante ha ragione. Un pasto completo a 18€ è un po’ poco. È più un prezzo da mensa che da ristorante.

Belligenhed noget langt ude og oppe i bjergene, men er man i bil - intet problem. Da vi var på hurtig gennemrejse, var det fint at kunne spise og sove samme sted.
