BE AWARE THAT THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. It was being repaired when we left but looks like it was broken for quite awhile. We stayed on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans). The receptionist helped us carry our bags upstairs. Also note that this city was built on a mountain so there will be lots of hills to climb to get around. Parking is not connected to the hotel and you must climb a steep hill to walk back from the parking lot to the Hotel. Parking is free though. :)
After expecting these few factors, this hotel is lovely. It is newly renovated and approximately a 5 minute walk to see St Padre Pio. The room has its own air conditioning unit (thats controlled by you), windows have blackout shades and comes with toiletries. The food both in the restaurant and the included breakfast was excellent.
Please note that the owners of the hotel do not speak much English so you must use a Google translator to communicate. Please be patient with them. They are kind and willing to help.
