「We booked the property on first week of June, we didn’t know that they don’t turn their AC on around this time. According to the staff at the front desk, it’s cold and just open the windows. I found it a little weird, I think they should leave that option to the guests but unfortunately, their AC is controlled centrally and you can’t do anything in the rooms. Towards the end of the night it became stuffy so glad I booked only one night.」

We stayed in the Royal Suite and not sure if they misrepresented it or I did not catch the fine print but we thought we were getting a two bedroom suite with a common living space.
