“Location and views were amazing! ”

“Natural light, a tuned piano in a resonant room, a tone of artistic creativity spilling out onto a pedestrian walkway adjacent to the earnest bay waves. Comfortable beds, bedding, and interior climate. Immediate access to the sand and intertidal shoreline. Clifftop benches as coffee spots and sunset overlooks. Exactly what we needed and more than we hoped for.”

“We keep coming back because this has become our pup’s favorite staycation spot. He loves the large yard, watching the trails from the windows, and exploring the nearby beach and hiking trails with us.The home is simple, comfortable, and has everything needed for a few days away. During our last stay, the yard had become overgrown with foxtails, which can be dangerous for dogs. The owners responded quickly and sent a gardener, but the clippings were left behind, so we weren’t comfortable letting……

“We really like the area and the building is walkable to were we go. Our room is over a garage but more than enough space for me and my fiancé. The patio area outside of the room is a nice spot to hangout and watch a sunset or just chit chat. The room even had a hot plate. We didn't need to use it. Still good to know. We'll for sure be back when we go out that way again. Also, the food by the water is so good.”

“Other than my wife and I being locked out on the upper level deck, our stay was good. Our only suggestion is to address the balcony door, as it locks automatically when you go outside, even if you previously unlocked it. Being a senior couple, we were quite startled to find ourselves locked out. We felt trapped out there, as there was no safe way down from the balcony. We called out to people on the sidewalk and to our neighbors for 'Help!" When that didn't work, we were left wondering if we……

“Pros- The views are amazing! The place was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Cons-I didn’t appreciate the fact that the back patio furniture had to be re-covered each time you finished, it made the patio look ugly. And although the town was walking distance, the hill was very steep and not for the weak.”

“The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.”
