I’ve never experienced a better staff than these wonderful people at the Altamar, my girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery, beach, pool and food! The staff surprised us on numerous occasions with a romantic dinner table and breakfast table outside with candles ...

The staff are very nice , but the rooms amenities are not kept up to codes . There is no hot water, the towels are hard , the tv doesn’t work , you have to asked for a box to make it work . They are considered 4 star on comments i will only give them 1/5 star
