"This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, all brand new and photos don’t do it justice. Locked gates make you feel secure and the place is simply beautiful. The best bit is the huge sun terrace which makes you feel like you’re in a posh resort, we spent most nights up there. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the Mar Menor beach although we preferred the beach in Pilar de La Horada as the Mar Menor is full of seaweed (huge fertiliser dump still causing problems), so worth having a car to drive out...

"Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days."

"We have just stayed for two weeks, not much was open but we had a car and we are familiar with area so we went out everyday,the sunrise & sunsets have been something else. In the summer the location of the apartment is perfect on the beachfront which is a lovely walk. The apartment overlooks the pool, which is well maintained, the WIFI is excellent, well equipped & spacious. Excellent communication with Kirsten! "Lovely property which is situate ideally close to the main entrance to Rhoda Golf. Nice quiet location in well maintained grounds. Property is as described. Clubhouse 5 minute walk, 10 minute walk to nearest pub & restaurant and a very easy 30 minute walk to the numerous restaurants on the strip. Didn't pay golf but course looked well maintained."

"The views from the apartment are amazing, with beautiful sunrises every morning. There is a bus which takes you up and down the strip for 1.15 euro, very handy for visiting the massive market on Sunday in Cabo de Palos. Plenty of restaurants locally about 20 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable and the showers very efficient with good water pressure. Hosts attended to our needs very quickly and were on site within 5 minutes."

The few problems we had were soon rectified by the agent with the exception of the TV the was awful the sound was tinny as if the people were in a large bucket so virtually impossible to know what they were saying and used the subtitle facility but it was still difficult to understand what was said.The agents rep who called said he could hear it but when asked what was being said he replied he didn't speak English !!
