In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. 「The hotel is definitely 5 star! Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful! Went to eat at the blue oak grill and was disappointed. Was brought the wrong meal and burger was very dry. Even after the manager apologized I should have been given at least a free drink, nope a dollar off only! I would stay there again, just not eat there. Also, why don’t you have a pool?????? A resort usually has a pool! You need to see what resort casinos in Connecticut have- Foxwoods does it right!」
