Efficient check-in and check-out with free luggage storage. Convenient location for conference in Convention Centre, about 10 minutes walk across the park or along the beach. A few minutes walk to the metro but overall needs 25 minutes to reach city centre. There was no view from our room, opposite was a residential building. Our room was up-graded but it was the same room with additional slipper, bath cloak and coffee maker. We repeated request for a small water kettle but it was not provided until we talked to the hotel manager on the 3rd day of our stay (we stayed there for a week). There was only toilet paper in the whole room, our request for facial tissue was similarly only provided after talking to the hotel manager. House keeping was poor. Tea cups and plates were not cleansed or changed, quilt and bed not properly made , that were improved after conversation with the manager.

The hotel is excellent. Convenient location.
