Top tier! The hotel has everything you needed, pool table, gym, bar/restaurant, pool and amazing staff! Although we had a language barrier (I speak predominantly English) the staff were very friendly and showed great hospitality!

We stayed at both Aloft and Fairfield near SJO, and Aloft was our favorite. The room was much larger, with a great shower, strong water pressure, and a better breakfast selection. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport (vs. 5 for Fairfield), but you can walk to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in 10 minutes. We’d stay here again, especially for a short local shopping stop before flying out.
