They overcharged me and when I tried to resolve, they kept writing my card details and email down saying the accountant will process it at checkout. At checkout February 1, they did the same thing and said I should receive it on the following Tuesday, February 3. I never received my refund. I sent them a WhatsApp text on February 11 and till today they never responded nor gave me my refund of $118.52.
