I wish I can explain to you. But, I do not know who you are since you responded as anonymous. Recently, we have not charge anyone $400. Our prices are strictly on the market demands.

We do not offer breakfast. We have not advertise that we do. The coffee is complimentary and liked by most of our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that our staff missed placing towels in the room, but the towels you were given were clean, soft and new. Also, water bottle is available in the office, which you bought but didn't pay since you had left your wallet in the room.

We also provide great customer service as you may have noticed with delivery of your watch. Also, the price of the room for the day were 30 to 40% less than the market price.
