Business guests love highway access/local restaurants and pubs / stores and much entertaintment. Great spot for medical tourists e.g. dental work, laser surgery, babies.
Next to Avenida Escazu. 3rd floor/ elevator and pool. Private Parking available for 1 space. 24 hour security.
This perfectly located apartment is close to the country's finest shopping mall as well as many of the important medical facilities including the #1 hospital in the country ( CIMA HOSPITAL )
The 3 floor apartment has a south west view over the hills of Escazu from the Livingroom balcony.

Apartment amenities include fridge, utensils, coffee maker, washer/dryer, free wifi, digital cable TV. Complex has a swimming pool as well as private parking spot for 1 car. There is 24 hour security with a gate and remote/automatic doors for parking. If you need to park, first thing is to register with the security. They will open the gate for you.
* MEDICAL TOURISM *: If you are coming for medical or dental treatment, this apartment is as close as you are likely to get to the major CIMA medical complex as well as in the neighborhood of some of the best dental clinics. If you need referrals we are happy to help.
*HAVING A BABY IN COSTA RICA* : Many of our guests are expectant mothers who need to be near the CIMA Hospital for pre-natal care - we are a short walk to CIMA.
Important notice:
There is an ongoing private construction in the surrounding area, outside of our control. Depending on the stage of the project, occasional noise may occur during standard daytime working hours (typically weekdays).
The apartment itself remains fully functional and comfortable.
Purpose of our House Rules
Our house rules are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable experience for all guests, neighbors, and staff. By requesting to book, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these rules.
We accept reservations from guests whose travel plans, communication style, and expectations are aligned with our house rules and hosting standards.
Clear and respectful communication is required before and during the stay. Guests must provide sufficient trip details and respond promptly to messages in order for a reservation to be confirmed.
Reservations may be declined if guests do not explicitly confirm that they have read and agree to all house rules prior to arrival.
Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. Visitors, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
Quiet hours must be respected at all times. This property is not suitable for parties or disruptive behavior.
Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care. Any damage or misuse may result in additional charges.
The property must be kept in reasonable condition throughout the stay. Excessive mess or improper use of the space is not permitted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation if we determine, prior to check-in, that the stay may not be aligned with our house rules or hosting standards.
By submitting a booking request, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all house rules and policies.
Air Conditioning Use:
Please remember to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Electricity costs in Costa Rica are high, and the 24,000 BTU unit cools the space quickly due to its capacity.

Damage, Loss and Replacement Policy:
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. In the event that any items are damaged or missing, the following replacement costs may apply:
• Bath Towels: $25 each
• Bed Sheets: $65 per set
• Duvets or Duvet Covers: $65 each
• Wine / Kitchen Glasses: $7 each
For larger items (such as appliances or furniture), repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on the actual cost required.
Any applicable charges will be managed in accordance with Airbnb’s Resolution Center policies.
The property may be subject to occasional external noise due to nearby construction activities beyond the host’s control.
