Clean and safe but not completely accurate

The accomodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is compact but has everything we need. The hot water in the shower was often nonexistent. We had to take cold and lukewarm showers. We stayed two consecutive weekends. The dryer was broken the first weekend. We reported it and requested it be fixed for next time. A week later, it was not fixed. This was challenging as we were relying on doing laundry and airdrying didn't work due to the high humidity and lack of air conditioning.

Central location with easy access and good security but some amenities not as described

The space was clean and nice and easy to find and access. The outside balcony area has beautiful views and a comfortable seating area. The small but fully equipped kitchen met our needs. The beds were comfortable. For the not so great, the hot water was sparse and sometimes non-existent. The temperature changes as you take a shower. The dryer was broken. We stayed here twice during two consecutive weekends. We reported the broken dryer. While the issue was acknowledged, it was still not fixed a week later. The listing still shows that a dryer is one of the amenities. This was a huge bummer as air drying takes forever due to the high humidity in Costa Rica and we were relying on doing laundry since our next accomodations didn't have laundry facilities.
