Peaceful Studio in Los Yoses

The apartment is a studio suitable for one or two people. It features a dining and living area, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. It is located in a very convenient part of the city, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The space
The apartment is part of a complex of 8 apartments built in an old, renovated house. It has excellent natural light. You have access to the laundry area at no extra cost; this area is shared with the other tenants.

Guests have access to the shared laundry room, which has a washing machine and dryer; they may use it 3 times a week

Other things to note
The apartment will be clean upon arrival, and we handle the final cleaning at the end of the stay; however, for guests staying more than a week, we ask that they take out the trash on the designated days.

For reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in, please confirm your check-in time before booking, as we always try to be flexible with our guests. If you request a check-out time later than 10 a.m., there may be a scheduling conflict.
