The condo needs some minor repairs .Night stands need new fasteners.Also needs extra towels and Beth sheets , for a 10 day stay . Also need instructions how to use the appliance , special the stove .The floors were noisy with some dogs barking. This was my second stay there in the building. Overall the stay was good .I like the building and the prices per night are good. Eberhard said to
