The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service.
We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable.
The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s.
Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch.
Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable! Because of these two, we plan to return in the future.
