So reason for booking was I heard wonderful things and unfortunately some true and some I guess were things of the past .
So the good. Staff excellent . Very attentive and will go above and beyond for you . Just need to ask
Hotel looks some what dated and has been under renovation for some time now due to flood/ leak .
Hot tub closed 2-3 days due to maintenance. Pool is small n very cozy .
Our room was nice and spacious , decent city view nothing spectacular. Expected more for the price .
