Minimalist but modern and efficient. Unbeatable location! Entire modern apartment has been offered on a limited basis in a very rarely available ocean front condo. Ocean view from the living room. Direct private access with shower to Isla Verde beach. 24 hour access to beach lounge with lounge chairs and tables. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Walking distance to everything you need. All the private activities included (see sample itineraires). Experience the entire island in day trips customized. Bargain Price for a Premium Location Stay. All the private activities for your group included. Jorge will be your private guide taking you to any part of the island you would like to explore. Sample itineraries: Day 1- Off the beaten path El Yunque trails with hidden water falls and Luquillo beach with the stop for local Puerto Rican food (can be a full day or half day); Day 2- Bacardi Brewery, Old San Juan, and some lesser known local gems; Day 3- Wolrld renowned Flamenco beach and snorkeling on Tamarindo beach for turtle encounter; Day 4- Western part of the island, Arecibo observatory, Tanama cave adventure; Day 5- Eastern or southern part of the island, bioluminescent bay, beach hike, etc. Day 6- Salsa dancing class and dance; Day 7- Toro Verde Zipline Park... More days, more adventures. The above is only a sample itinerary. Everything can be customized depending your interests and level of activities you desire. There are endless leisure activities or adventures for you to choose from. Puerto Rico is notorious for the roads not being well marked. It is very difficult to find many hidden local spots even for people who have been on the island for years. You are not able to navigate to many places based on GPS or google map. We will take all the stress out of your adventures and get you to as many destinations on the island as possible during your stay. All meals at the apartment are included. Meals in the surrounding restaurants are not included. Meals during the day trips to local eateries are included. Alcoholic drinks and specialty food are not included.

Hooray for Jorge!

Our host was Jorge and he was exceptional. The property was as described, comfortable, on the beach, walking distance from restaurants and other activities, in a safe neighborhood, and in a secure building. We would recommend this property highly because of the package it offers. We were able to see all the major attractions in Puerto Rico, eat at fantastic restaurants, and travel in comfort while enjoying the company of Jorge. He picked us up from the airport, organized the best excursions and activities and accompanied us, surprised us with an unplanned boat trip, and took us back to the airport for our departure. So lovely to meet you Jorge. You made the trip memorable. Thank you for all the pictures and videos (even under water) that you took of us on this wonderful vacation.
