All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Location!! Family of four stayed for a week and loved everything about the condo and location. Right on the beach, quick access to the condo pools and an easy walk to the Rio Mar resort for dinners. One day we also booked a cabana at Rio Mar to have a pool day there at the water park. The combination of the condo’s amenities and the Resort’s amenities made for a great week! Host was responsive when we had questions and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier.

A slice of paradise & central location

We had such a wonderful stay here, it was so hard to leave! The balcony and view might be my favorite new place! I’ve already shared with friends they need to stay here! This was like our own private resort! Most days the pool and beach were completely empty! It was luxurious! We walked next door to the Rio mar resort /margaritaville to eat. That resort was so much busier, we were so glad we were at the villas! The beach was great, fun bigger waves to play in. We debated buying boogie boards but we should’ve on day 1. Soft sand in the blue water as far as we went out. Drive to seven seas beach for a no wave beach day.*beach chairs, towels, pool noodles were a plus *Didn’t use washer/dryer, no soap so bring your own pods if you like doing laundry on vacation ;) *Access to every streaming channel was great Clarity for check in: when you pull into the buildings open-air lobby driveway, park there and someone needs to run up to the room and grab the gate remote clicker to pull into the parking lot right next to the building.Same for check out - use the clicker to exit the parking lot and then run the remote back to the room. We are a family of 4 - bed was big and comfy. The couch pulls out and there’s a futon in the bedroom so I think a family of 5 would be comfortable as well. Rio Grande was a great location to base out of. Easy drive from airport and a trip to old San Juan. Rainforest & fajardo charters easy drives.This place tops it all!

Great stay and gorgeous property.

Our family of 4 had the best time. The property location, view, decor, amenities, and cleanliness were on point. We would stay again and again. Thank your Beatrice! Only two small notes: the bathroom handle in the condo was broken and kept falling off. Also we were not told we didn’t have pool access at the whyndam. (We went to the kids pool everyday until the last and blocked us out.) But the condo had plenty beautiful pools and better chill beach areas. :)

We had a wonderful time -the owner gave us all the information we needed to know about the villa and what we needed to do check in /out—the Villa was beautiful, spacious and well appointed plus it was right on the ocean with beautiful views —the Ocean Villas are well kept with 4 different pools just steps away from our Villa-we loved it !

Great Location - Subpar Unit

Let me just start by saying the view & amenities of this condo were absolutely amazing!! You have access to multiple pools on the property and just steps away from the ocean with a view of both from the balcony! I did have some concerns about our stay. Upon our arrival, my s/o went to use the restroom where there was still feces and urine on the toilet from the last person that stayed there. So the cleanliness of the unit was a concern to us at that point. Upon further inspection, all of the glasses and plates in the kitchen were less than clean. No worries, right? We were just going to run the dishwasher and not give it a second thought. However, there wasn’t any dish detergent. So unclean plates, silverware, and glassware and nothing to clean it with. The dryer did not work whatsoever and there wasn’t any detergent to do laundry either. We were left 1/2 roll of paper towels without any extra in the unit. We were left 1/2 roll of toilet paper with 1 extra in the unit (for a weeks stay). So we had to purchase all of these items. The couch cushion had a huge questionable brown stain on one side of it. There was a can of soup left in the tv stand for whatever reason? The bathroom light was out. There was no ironing board, but an iron was provided. There is not a garbage disposal in the unit. The drain cover was broken in the shower.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time in PR. The villa has a great location, very nice beach - for boogie boarding, beach strolling. There is a grocery store nearby, 15 min to rainforest & popular local beach. We enjoyed a trip to an offshore island as well as to San Juan, not a long drive for either. The villa was spacious enough for our family of 4. The top of my list is - working air-con, quiet location (no noise from the hallway/surrounding rooms), very private but still 5-10 min walk from a hotel with nice restaurants - enjoyed breakfast bar as well as sunset dinner outside, great coffee - but that seem to be everywhere in PR (we didn't even miss Starbucks). I would absolutely go back. The only downside I see is the washer/drier combo which take 12+ hours to do a load of laundry. However, there is a laundry room in the common area of the complex - next time I will just bring extra coins. Otherwise, great visit! Thank you Beatrice!

Beautiful!

This one bedroom condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Safe complex with gorgeous pools and hot tub. The best part, however, was the beach. Very long and clean and amazing water. I would say sleeps 4. We would stay again!
