Perfect for spending a couple of days on the beach, literally right behind the hotel. Lots of restaurants and stores walking distance. Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Shared kitchen has everything you need. Kind and courteous staff. Would definitely stay again

We arrived at 1am in San Juan and needed a place to crash for the night. Sink was leaking at the bottom which I guess is a known issue there. If you need to crash for a night this is a good place. Otherwise I’d recommend to try else where.. Area is beautiful Isla Verde. Short walk to the beach. Take it for what you will.

Short get away to San Juan.

I loved the fact that the beach was super close!!! My bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was ok had visible brownish stains that could have been cleaned. The floors and knobs and gate was not clean. The kitchen area was nkt as clean as it should be. The staff was awesome. I didn’t ask for anything or complain but when I randomly spoke to them they spoke back politely and paid attention to me.

Front office staff was sweet and check in process was super fast. Accessible parking, lots of local food options walking distance go get breakfast at Freddy’s, try the arepas and Plato’s for a nice diner. The beach was 2 min walking distance. Great for families. It is a shared kitchen which it was ok for us we labeled our items and had no issues.

Room was basic, but clean, quiet, and perfectly fine for one or two nights. Walk to the beach and right by the airport. Price was reasonable compared to others in the area. No fridge or coffee maker in room. They have a communal kitchen. Can’t flush toilet paper. Shower was nice and hot. You can walk to the beach in about 1 minute from the hotel. I felt safe with my kids while on and around the property. Great food options within walking distance.
