We rented this property for 3 people , the sofá bed was full of dust and dirt, not enough linen to change it or enough blankets or towels,no hot water and couldn’t turned on the stove, we messaged the host before we arrived for a different matter , no response at all .

Here’s a clearer, more polished version that sounds strong, professional, and well-written:⸻This place was truly unacceptable. From the start, I had difficulty finding the apartment and sent several messages to the host with no response. I called multiple times and still heard nothing. It wasn’t until much later that someone finally replied — and when they did, they were extremely rude.I also asked about parking, since I was told there was free on-site parking. That turned out to be completely false. We had to pay an additional 20 per night.When we finally entered the room, it was dirty. There was a carpet rug under the sofa that smelled awful. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets had a bad odor. When I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches.I requested a refund due to all of these issues, but it was immediately denied.
