I loved the beach access from the property. This location is prime if you’re trying to walk to many places. The unit I was in, was a bit dated however it was clean. The balcony had a nice view. The lobby has a bar and a cafe (hours are indefinite). The property has a game room, I didn’t get a chance to use it. The front of the property has stairs and I didn’t see any ramp nearby so with a stroller, we had to lift it up every time. It’s a nice budget place to stay.

Great location! The people in the building were very nice. I asked PMI questions about supermarkets & shops before my trip but never got an answer. I also let them know about the bath that was clogged but didn’t receive an answer and nobody came to fix it. The apartment is comfortable but needs some updates.

Love being so close to the beach, casino and restaurants just steps away. Close to the airport. Used public transportation to go to OLD SAN JUAN. Another plus, the kitchen. The price was right.

The building itself is a bit run down. There is a good coffee shop but the bar is not worth it. The whole place needs to be updated or at least decorated. The unit was very nice, spacious, clean with a cute balcony with a view and nice sheets and pillows but the mattresses need to be replaced. The location was good and convenient, with a great Lechoneria near by and the great ESJ Hotel next door with a beautiful lobby with bars etc. Also super convenient to the airport .
